"The Supreme" is an on-line photo pageant. New levels for 2004.... Level 1 - Has not won any Cash in an on-line photo contest in the last year. Level 2 - Has won between $1-$100 in an on-line photo contest in the last year. Exception - If you win level 2 and are awarded the full cash amount - you must move to level 3. Level 3 - Has won $101 or more in an on-line photo contest in the last year.  Grand Supreme photo is the highest scoring photo in each level. 2 Supreme Queen/King photos are the second and third highest scoring photos in each level. 2 Mini Supremes - 0-8 and 9+ winners are the highest scoring photos in those age groups in each level after the Grand Supreme and Supreme Queen/Kings have been awarded 4 Divisional Supremes, Divisional Queens - 0-3, 4-8, 9-12 and 13+ winners are the highest scoring photos in those age groups in each level after the Grand Supreme, Supreme Queen/Kings and Mini Supremes have been awarded. 4 Princesses in the same age divisions awarded after the queens. "Cash" prize referred to below is for CASH only. If you won fees off a photo contest or a prize - it does not count towards the level. However - this only applies when the award is advertised as cash or a prize. If the award is advertised as cash and you choose to apply part or all of it to fees off a pageant or the following months contest - that cash amount in whole will count in its full value to your level. Level is current level based on the 1st day of the month you are entering. If you win a cash prize later in the month for which you are entering, you may choose to either remain at the lower level, or move up to the next level - additional fees will be required. Savings bonds are counted in cash equivalent to determine level. You must indicate your level on your entry form. This will be based on the honor system - you must enter the correct level. I will not be checking on this, however, if proof is brought to my attention that a contestant has entered at the incorrect level, the contestant will be disqualified without refund of fees. The contest will run from the 1st to the 20th of each month. Winners will be announced by the 1st of the following month. Cash prizes will be sent within 72 hours of winners being announced. All contestants' pictures will be displayed on the website after deadline. If you win one month - you may enter the following month. However you will be required to enter at the appropriate level. If you win in one month but remain in the same level for the following month,  you must skip 1 month before you enter again and you must enter a different photo. A photo can only win a level once in a calendar year. (Jan-Dec) Photos may be color or black and white. They should be emailed in JPEG format to designsbynm@aol.com. Mail-in entries will NOT be accepted. Checks will not be accepted. Certified funds or pay-pal only. If paying by pay-pal please select "service" as the type of purchase. Payment in the form of instant trasfer or echeck ONLY to designsbynm@aol.com. Credit and debit cards may be accepted at an alternative email - please contact me for details.  Checks will be returned. NO exceptions. Certified funds made payable to Nicole Miller. All fees must be received by contest deadline or entry will not be judged. Photos are judged on facial beauty composition and  first impression/overall appeal. All judges will be qualified and unbiased, and decisions are final---no refunds, no exceptions. A panel of 4-6 judges will be used each month. The contestants low score will be dropped. We will rotate judges such that no two months contain the same panel of judges. Scores will be provided upon request. You must request scores no later than the 10th of the month and scores will be sent no later than the 15th. In the event that there are less than 10 contestants in a level entered during any month, the director has the right to cancel the contest for that month for that level. The contestants in that level will have the option of receiving either a full refund of their entry fees or transferring their entry fee to the following month's contest.
